Description
Isle of Raasay Unpeated Ex Rye Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in ex-rye whiskey casks. Without peat smoke, the malt shows sweetness with layers of spice from the rye casks. It is best sipped neat in a Glencairn glass, with a few drops of water to open the aroma, or over ice in a rocks glass. It also works in classic whiskey cocktails. You can buy Raasay whisky from CBC Liquors in Westford in store, for pickup, delivery or shipping.
Customer reviews
Sipped it neat while grilling burgers. Really interesting twist for a single malt, but probably not an every weekend thing for me. Might grab again in winter.
