Order Acceptance and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to substitute it or refund it. Any applicable taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
Age Verification
You must be 21 or older to order alcohol. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery or pickup, and orders cannot be released to anyone under 21 or who appears intoxicated.
Estimated Times
Delivery and processing times are estimates and may vary with weather, order volume, carrier delays and other factors outside our control.
Missed Deliveries
Someone 21 or older must be present to receive the order. If no eligible adult is available, the driver cannot leave the order and delivery fees are not refundable on a re-attempt.
