What are your store hours?
We're open Sun 10:00 AM–8:00 PM; Mon–Thu 9:00 AM–9:00 PM; Fri–Sat 9:00 AM–10:00 PM.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes. Order on our website, choose pickup at checkout and pick a time. Pickup hours are Sun 10:00 AM–8:00 PM; Mon–Thu 10:00 AM–9:00 PM; Fri–Sat 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. You can order up to 60 days ahead.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Yes, to addresses up to 14 miles from the store. 0–1 miles: delivery is $2.99 (minimum order $49); 1–5 miles: delivery is $8.99 (minimum order $99); 5–10 miles: delivery is $14.99 (minimum order $99); 10–14 miles: delivery is $19.99 (minimum order $99). We deliver Sun 10:00 AM–7:30 PM; Mon–Thu 10:00 AM–8:30 PM; Fri–Sat 10:00 AM–9:30 PM.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship to Massachusetts (10% of the order, orders of $399 or more). Choose shipping at checkout.
Do I need to show ID?
You must be 21 or older to buy alcohol. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID: it may be checked when you pick up your order or when it is delivered.
What is your return policy?
Alcohol is final sale and can be returned only if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, reported within 1 hour of pickup or delivery. Returns can be made in store and by getting in touch with us. Refunds go to your original payment.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. You can buy a gift card on our website.
Can you order something you don't carry?
Yes. Ask for it on our request page and we'll confirm whether we can get it before you pick it up.
How do I get allocated or limited bottles?
Allocated bottles are unlocked with rewards points: each one shows the points it needs on our Allocated Items page.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, CBC Loyalty. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online and in store. Redeem 500 points for $5 off, issued as a gift card.
Can I sign up with my phone number?
Yes. On our sign-in page, choose “Login with Mobile Number” and enter your mobile number: we text you a one-time code. New here? That code creates your account, with no password to remember. You can sign up with your email address instead.
