Burley Oak Jream Watermelon Pink Guava Coconuts

Embrace a tropical escape with Burley Oak's JREAM Watermelon Pink Guava Coconuts, a sour beer that transforms vibrant, sun-kissed fruits into a refreshing and tangy brew. Hailing from Maryland, this craft creation brings to life the lush sweetness of watermelon, the exotic flair of pink guava, and the creamy undertones of coconut, all woven together with a delightful tartness. At 4.8% ABV, this beer offers a light, approachable profile perfect for those seeking a flavorful and invigorating sip. The JREAM series is celebrated for its adventurous approach to sour beers, and this variant does not disappoint. As you pour, expect a lively effervescence and a vibrant haze that hints at the fruity explosion within. The aroma teases with a bouquet of ripe melon and tropical sweetness, setting the stage for a palate experience that's equal parts refreshing and complex. The initial sip unfolds with the juicy, hydrating essence of watermelon, seamlessly transitioning to the tart and slightly floral notes of pink guava. A smooth coconut finish rounds out the profile, leaving a lingering creaminess that balances the beer’s natural acidity. For the best experience, serve this sour delight chilled to around 45°F in a tulip glass, which will help to concentrate its enticing aromas and capture its full spectrum of flavors. Its bright and fruity character pairs exceptionally well with summer salads, grilled seafood, or even spicy dishes, where the beer's acidity can dance with the heat, offering a cooling counterpoint. Whether you're unwinding on a warm afternoon or seeking an exciting pairing for your next meal, JREAM Watermelon Pink Guava Coconuts provides a delightful diversion into tropical territory.
