Dreaming Tree Crush

The Crush by DREAMING TREE is an enticing red blend that showcases the art of California winemaking. This wine brings together an array of red varietals, each contributing to a symphony of flavor that is both rich and inviting. With an approachable character, it is a pleasing choice for a variety of wine enthusiasts, whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or new to exploring red blends. On the palate, expect a medium-bodied wine that balances fruit-forward notes with a soft, velvety texture. Typical blends in this style often highlight ripe berries, subtle hints of plum, and a whisper of chocolate. The tannins are smooth, ensuring a gentle grip that complements rather than overwhelms. A moderate acidity enhances the wine's structure and lends brightness to its finish, making it a versatile partner at the dining table. To fully appreciate the complexities of this wine, serve it slightly below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit. While Crush is enjoyable straight from the bottle, allowing it to breathe in a decanter for about 30 minutes can enhance its aromatic profile. When it comes to glassware, a wide-bowled red wine glass will allow you to savor the depth of its aromas. Crush pairs beautifully with a variety of foods, thanks to its balanced nature. Try it alongside grilled meats, hearty pastas, or a selection of aged cheeses. Its versatile profile also complements vegetarian dishes, such as roasted vegetables or a rich mushroom risotto. While this wine is crafted for immediate enjoyment, a few years of cellaring could further mellow its flavors, offering an even more integrated tasting experience.
