Description
The Four Bears Sean Minor Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament to the rich winemaking tradition of California's Paso Robles region. This red wine is characterized by its deep, luscious flavors and a structure that speaks to careful craftsmanship. With an ABV of 13.5%, it offers a harmonious blend of ripe fruit notes, melding seamlessly with whispers of oak that add complexity without overpowering the palate. Expect to encounter a symphony of dark fruits, like blackberry and black currant, that dominate the flavor profile, supported by a medium-to-full body that is both rich and inviting. The tannins are present yet refined, providing a velvety texture that enhances the wine's depth. A gentle acidity underpins the tasting experience, ensuring balance and a refreshing finish that lingers pleasantly long after the last sip. When it comes to serving, this Cabernet Sauvignon reveals its best qualities at a slightly cooler room temperature, around 60-65°F, which allows the intricate flavors to open up. Decanting is recommended to fully express its nuanced character. For glassware, a large-bowled red wine glass will capture and concentrate the aromas, enriching the tasting experience. This wine is a versatile companion at the dinner table, pairing beautifully with hearty dishes. Consider enjoying it alongside grilled ribeye steak, lamb chops with rosemary, or even a rich mushroom risotto. While it is delightful to drink now, it also possesses the potential for further development with a few years of careful cellaring, promising to reward the patient wine enthusiast with even greater depth and integration of flavors.

Brother-in-law brought this over for Sunday dinner. Pretty solid cab, went really well with meatloaf but maybe a little thin at the end for my taste. Wouldn't mind having it again though.
