Description
1792 Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky bourbon made under the Bottled in Bond Act, available from CBC Liquors in Westford for in-store shopping, pickup or delivery. Bottled in bond is a legal standard for American whiskey: it comes from a single distilling season at one distillery, is aged in a bonded warehouse for at least four years, and is bottled at a set strength set by the Act. This bourbon has a spicy, sweet profile with vanilla, molasses and charred oak notes. It is full-bodied, so many people sip it neat or with a splash of water to open up the sweeter notes. It also holds up in classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned. You can pick up 1792 Bottled in Bond at the Littleton Rd shop in Westford or have it delivered to the towns CBC Liquors serves; see the delivery page for the areas it reaches.
Customer reviews
Ran into 1792 Bonded at a buddy's house and came back for my own bottle. Still really solid, though I forgot how much spice comes through. One or two pours is perfect but not my every night sipper.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Glad you tracked it down again. If you want something less spicy for daily pours, try the 1792 Small Batch next time.
