Description
Wild Turkey 81 Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Wild Turkey distillery, made for sipping neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail. Bourbon of this style is aged in charred oak barrels, which is where its caramel, vanilla and toasted oak notes come from, and it is known for a warming, spiced finish. Served neat in a Glencairn glass, it lets the aroma open up. On the rocks, the slow melt softens it, and a splash of water does the same. It also works in an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. You can order Wild Turkey 81 Proof from CBC Liquors in Westford for pickup or delivery.
Customer reviews
Uncle Ray swears by Wild Turkey, so this was his housewarming present to me. Packs a punch for sure, maybe a little more burn than I expected but I get why he likes it.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Uncle Ray knows what hes doing with bourbon. If you ever want something a touch smoother, try Elijah Craig next time.
