Redwood Empire Pipe Dream 101 Proof

Redwood Empire's Pipe Dream 101 Proof Bourbon hails from the storied distilleries of Kentucky, bringing forth a bold whiskey experience rooted in tradition. This high-proof bourbon boasts a commanding presence, encapsulating the quintessential elements that bourbon enthusiasts cherish. At 101 proof, it offers a striking yet balanced profile, expected to unfold with notes of rich caramel, spicy vanilla, and charred oak, all harmonizing to create a complex and inviting aroma. This bourbon is versatile in its serving options. For those who appreciate the raw intensity of a premium whiskey, enjoy it neat to fully experience the intricate tapestry of flavors that Pipe Dream has to offer. However, a splash of water can unlock additional nuances, softening the edges and allowing subtler flavors to emerge, while serving over ice will gradually mellow its robust character, making it an ideal choice for sipping on a warm day. In the realm of cocktails, Pipe Dream's depth of flavor makes it an excellent base for classics like an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan, where its bold proof can stand up to and complement the sweetness of vermouth or the bitter complexity of Angostura bitters. Its rich, full-bodied nature also shines in a Whiskey Sour, offering a well-rounded, satisfying cocktail experience. For the best sensory experience, consider using a Glencairn glass to appreciate the aroma and nuances of this bourbon fully. However, if enjoying it on the rocks or in a cocktail, a sturdy rocks glass will serve perfectly. Whether you're engaging in a contemplative sipping session or crafting the perfect cocktail, Pipe Dream 101 Proof Bourbon aims to impress with its distinctive character and unwavering quality.
