Dussee XO Cognac is a 40% ABV aged French cognac from the Cognac region of France. XO is the older age grade of cognac, and extended aging gives this one a warm amber color and a refined, layered character. The maker describes a floral nose with dried fruit and spice, then toasted oak, apricot and vanilla in a long, smooth finish. Sip it neat from a snifter at room temperature, or use it in a Sidecar, Brandy Alexander or Sazerac.
