Blue Note Wheated Bourbon is a 45% ABV bourbon from Tennessee, made with wheat in the mash bill for a softer, creamier sip. Wheat tempers the usual bourbon spice, leaving sweet grain, gentle oak and a hint of vanilla. Drink it neat to taste the full profile, or add a little water or ice to bring out its sweetness. Tried Blue Note Wheated at a friend's house and circled back to get my own bottle. Still like it, just a touch softer than what I normally drink, but it's super easy going.
