We carry two Blue Note bourbons: Blue Note Uncut Bourbon and Blue Note Wheated Bourbon. You can browse both on this Blue Note page.
A wheated bourbon is a bourbon that uses wheat instead of rye as its secondary grain alongside corn. Bourbon in general must be made from at least 51 percent corn and aged in new charred oak barrels. Wheat in the mix is often described as giving a softer, rounder taste than rye.
Uncut generally means a bourbon has been bottled without water added to bring down its strength. That usually makes it stronger than a standard bottling. Check the label on the bottle for the exact proof.
