Beer Tree Trippy Treats

Trippy Treats by Beer Tree is a vibrant expression of sour beer craftsmanship. Brewed in the heart of New York, this brew boasts a 7.3% ABV while offering a surprisingly smooth and approachable profile for a sour beer with no perceived bitterness, as indicated by its IBU of zero. Sour beers like Trippy Treats typically present a tangy and fruity taste profile, perfect for those who enjoy a refreshing zing in their drink. Expect an engaging tartness balanced by subtle fruit notes, making it an intriguing choice for adventurous palates. The lively character of Trippy Treats makes it an excellent pairing with a variety of foods. Its crisp acidity and fruity undertones complement rich and creamy dishes such as spicy curries or tangy barbecue. On the lighter side, it pairs beautifully with a goat cheese salad or a platter of charcuterie, enhancing the flavors with its own distinctive bite. This beer's vitality heightens the dining experience, offering a playful contrast to both bold and delicate flavors alike. To fully appreciate Trippy Treats, serving it at the right temperature is key. Chilled to about 45-50°F (7-10°C), it will unveil its complex layers without numbing the palate. Pour it into a tulip glass, which is ideal for sour beers, as it captures the aroma and directs the beer to the right part of the tongue, enhancing your sensory experience. The tulip glass's shape helps maintain the beer's lively carbonation while focusing the tantalizing aromas. Trippy Treats is not just a beverage; it's a testament to Beer Tree's dedication to community and craft. Whether you're exploring the depths of sour beers or introducing a friend to the genre, this offering from the innovative brewers at Beer Tree brings a taste of New York's vibrant craft beer scene directly to your glass.
