Description
Iron Smoke Straight Bourbon is a New York bourbon at 40% ABV, smoked with apple wood for a subtle smokiness over classic bourbon sweetness. The result is smooth and complex, with a profile that balances robust flavor and an approachable strength. Serve it neat in a Glencairn glass, or over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass. It also works in classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned. CBC Liquors in Westford carries Iron Smoke in store, for pickup, by delivery or shipped.
Customer reviews
Was looking for more classic bourbon flavor but the apple wood smoke came through a lot stronger than I expected. Not bad, just different vibe. Sipped it neat after work, might be better in an old fashioned next time.
