Iron Smoke Straight Bourbon

IRON SMOKE Straight Bourbon offers a distinctive twist on classic American bourbon, setting it apart with its innovative apple wood smoking technique. This New York-crafted spirit is a testament to the art of bourbon making, combining traditional methods with a unique regional flair. The apple wood imparts a subtle smokiness that overlays the bourbon's inherent sweetness, creating a rich, harmonious profile that is both smooth and complex. With an ABV of 40.0%, this bourbon balances robust flavor with an approachable strength, making it a versatile addition to any whiskey collection. For those who appreciate savoring whiskey in its purest form, IRON SMOKE Straight Bourbon shines when served neat. The gentle smokiness and smooth character are best savored in a Glencairn glass, allowing the aromatic qualities to fully unfold. If you prefer a slightly cooler sip, a rocks glass with a single large ice cube can enhance the experience by gradually mellowing the flavors without diluting the bourbon's distinctive notes. This bourbon's unique flavor profile also lends itself beautifully to a variety of classic cocktails. An Old Fashioned made with IRON SMOKE gains an intriguing depth from the apple wood smoke, while a Manhattan crafted with this whiskey showcases its rich, sweet undertones. For a refreshing twist, consider a Whiskey Sour, where the bourbon's smoothness is complemented by citrus and a touch of sweetness, creating a well-rounded cocktail. Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation of a timeless cocktail, IRON SMOKE Straight Bourbon offers a captivating take on a traditional favorite, inviting enthusiasts to explore its complex layers with every sip.
