Les Allies Sparkling Brut

Sparkling Brut by LES ALLIES is a distinguished Champagne from the heart of France, poised to bring an exquisite touch to any gathering. Crafted with precision, this sparkling wine is celebrated for its crisp vitality and refreshing profile. Expect a symphony of fruity and floral notes, typical of the Champagne style, where hints of green apple, pear, and white blossoms weave together in a delicate dance. The wine's fine bubbles and balanced acidity create a lively mouthfeel, while its dry nature ensures a clean, invigorating finish. When it comes to serving, this Champagne shines at a chilled temperature of around 45°F (7°C), which allows its fresh and fruity character to come forth most vibrantly. While it can be enjoyed immediately upon opening, a brief decanting can further enhance its aromatic complexity. For the optimal sensory experience, pour it into a flute or tulip glass to concentrate its lively effervescence and delicate bouquet. LES ALLIES Sparkling Brut pairs beautifully with a wide array of dishes. Its crispness and acidity make it an ideal companion for seafood, such as oysters and shrimp, as well as light appetizers like goat cheese crostini. For those with a taste for more robust fare, it can also hold its own alongside roasted poultry or a creamy mushroom risotto. While this is a delightful drink-now bottle, it also has the potential to develop further depth with a few years of cellaring, should you choose to let it rest.
