Popped one open with a couple friends on Friday night after work. Whole group loved it and finished the bottle pretty fast. Fun pink sparkler to kick off the weekend.

My sister recommended Anna Codorniu for Sunday mimosas and it worked well, nice and crisp, not super sweet like some rose bubbles can get. Would buy if she brings it up again.

Brighter than I expected. Kept a bottle cold for brunch and it was just right with smoked salmon. Would get it again for sure, especially at this price.
