Scandi Brut

SCANDI Brut hails from the prestigious Champagne region of France, offering a sparkling wine experience characterized by its crisp, refreshing nature. At 12% ABV, this delightful brut embodies the classic attributes of its style with a focus on lightness and vibrancy. Expect a delicate mousse of fine bubbles that gracefully elevate the complex aromas, typical of the region's premium sparkling wines. Upon tasting, SCANDI Brut reveals a palette of citrus and green apple, layered with subtle notes of freshly baked bread, frequently a hallmark of traditional method sparkling wines. The wine's body is elegantly light, supported by a bright acidity that cleanses the palate with each sip. A hint of minerality emerges, likely a nod to the chalky soils of Champagne, and the finish is clean and satisfying, leaving a refreshing sensation that lingers. To fully appreciate its delicate nuances, serve SCANDI Brut well-chilled, ideally between 45 to 50°F. Decanting is unnecessary for this style, as its vibrant effervescence is best preserved straight from the bottle. Use a classic flute or tulip glass to concentrate its aromas and showcase the lively bubbles. While SCANDI Brut is delightful on its own, it pairs beautifully with light appetizers, shellfish, and creamy cheeses, complementing the wine's crisp profile. This sparkling wine is crafted to enjoy in its youth, capturing the fresh and lively spirit of a true brut. Perfect for enhancing any gathering, SCANDI Brut is a testament to the timeless appeal of Champagne, bringing a touch of elegance to both everyday moments and grand celebrations.
