Peerless Small Batch Bourbon

Peerless Small Batch Bourbon is a distinctive expression of Kentucky craftsmanship, delivering a robust profile that aficionados will appreciate. At 54.05% ABV, this bourbon offers a powerful yet balanced experience, perfect for those who enjoy a fuller-bodied whiskey. The non-chill filtering process employed in its creation preserves the natural oils and esters, enhancing its depth and richness to provide a sip that is both complex and rewarding. Upon nosing, you can expect the classic bourbon aromas of sweet vanilla and warm oak, accented by subtle hints of spice that suggest deeper layers to explore. On the palate, this small batch reveals a harmonious blend of caramel sweetness and charred oak, underpinned by gentle spices — a testament to its careful crafting and quality ingredient selection. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes that invite contemplation. While Peerless Small Batch Bourbon is delightful neat, serving it on the rocks or with a splash of water can open up its aromatic complexities and soften its high-proof edge, making each sip a new discovery. Its bold character also lends itself beautifully to classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan, where its rich profile can shine through the accompanying flavors. For those who appreciate the nuances of fine bourbon, serving this spirit in a Glencairn glass will enhance the nosing experience, capturing the intricate aromas in its tulip shape. Alternatively, a rocks glass offers the ideal vessel for savoring its full-bodied taste, whether neat or with ice. Peerless Small Batch Bourbon is a testament to traditional bourbon-making excellence, inviting exploration with every glass.
