Kings County Straight Bourbon

Kings County Straight Bourbon introduces a distinctive New York twist to the classic American spirit. Crafted at New York City's oldest distillery in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard, this bourbon is a testament to the innovative spirit of urban distilling. With a grain bill featuring New York State-grown corn and premium malted barley from the UK, it carries the authenticity of its regional heritage while embracing international influences. The character of this bourbon is revealed through its rich tapestry of flavors nurtured over at least two years of aging in new charred oak barrels. Expect to uncover a harmonious balance of vanilla and caramel sweetness, accentuated by gentle waves of toasted oak and a subtle undertone of spice. This 90-proof spirit, with its approachable 45% ABV, is versatile in its enjoyment. When it comes to serving, Kings County Straight Bourbon shines both neat and on the rocks. For those who prefer their bourbon neat, sipping from a Glencairn glass will enhance the experience, capturing its complex aromas and delivering them directly to the senses. If a more diluted profile is desired, a splash of water can open up the bourbon's subtler nuances. This bourbon also lends itself beautifully to classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan, where its robust character can shine through and complement the traditional ingredients. Whether enjoyed on its own or mixed into a beloved cocktail, Kings County Straight Bourbon offers a genuine taste of New York craftsmanship. Its unique blend of regional and international elements makes it a noteworthy addition to any whiskey enthusiast's collection.
