Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon is a testament to the rich, bold spirit of Texas whiskey-making. Crafted with precision, this bourbon embodies the essence of the Lone Star State, delivering a distinctive and robust profile that stands apart in the world of small-batch whiskey. Distilled with carefully selected premium grains and matured in American white oak barrels, it channels the sun-drenched Texan landscape into every drop. Expect a complex tapestry of flavors that begins with a rich, caramel sweetness, seamlessly intertwined with notes of toasted oak. The bourbon’s warm, spicy undertones hint at cinnamon and clove, offering a depth that is both compelling and memorable. Its 47.0% ABV provides a full-bodied experience that remains smooth and balanced from start to finish. For those who appreciate their whiskey neat, Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon reveals its layered complexity when sipped from a Glencairn glass, allowing the nuanced aromas to fully develop. A splash of water can soften its bold edges, opening up subtler flavors for an enhanced tasting experience. Alternatively, serving it on the rocks can mellow its intensity, making it a versatile choice for different palates. In cocktails, this bourbon shines in classic iterations like the Old Fashioned or the Manhattan, where its robust character adds depth and richness without overpowering the other ingredients. Enjoyed in these classic presentations, it highlights its Texan roots while paying homage to the timeless craftsmanship of bourbon-making.
