Belfour Small Batch Bourbon

BELFOUR Small Batch Bourbon hails from the heart of Kentucky, a region renowned for its storied whiskey tradition. With an ABV of 46.0%, this bourbon is a testament to the meticulous craft befitting its lineage. Expect a harmonious blend of flavors that nod to both its heritage and the innovation of the Belfour family. The bourbon greets the palate with a notable depth, weaving together notes that are rich with grainy sweetness and hints of oaky char. Vanilla undertones provide a comforting warmth, while a subtle spice lingers on the finish, enhancing its complexity without overpowering the senses. This bourbon is at its best when served neat, allowing its full character to unfurl with each sip. For those who prefer a slight chill, a single ice cube or a splash of water can help open up additional layers, offering a softer sip that reveals its nuanced flavors more gradually. If you prefer to explore its versatility in cocktails, BELFOUR Small Batch Bourbon makes an excellent base for a classic Old Fashioned, where its rich profile stands up beautifully to the bitters and sugar, creating a balanced and sophisticated drink. When it comes to glassware, a Glencairn glass is ideal for those who appreciate the intricate aromas of this bourbon, focusing its complex bouquet toward the nose. For a more casual experience, a rocks glass provides a sturdy and comfortable option, especially if you choose to enjoy it on the rocks. Whether savoring it alone or as the cornerstone of a cocktail, BELFOUR Small Batch Bourbon is crafted to offer a genuine taste of Kentucky's whiskey-making excellence.
