Drumshanbo Single Pot Still

Introducing DRUMSHANBO Single Pot Still, a remarkable expression of Irish whiskey that hails from the picturesque region of Leitrim, Ireland. This whiskey embodies the rich tradition of single pot still production, a unique style synonymous with Irish whiskey heritage. Crafted with meticulous care, its character is shaped by a harmonious blend of malted and unmalted barley, which contributes to its distinctive full-bodied flavor. On the palate, expect a delightful interplay of creamy vanilla and subtle spice, characteristic of the single pot still method. The gentle sweetness is balanced by notes of toasted oak and a whisper of peppery warmth, creating a rounded and satisfying sip. At 43% ABV, it delivers a smooth, yet robust experience that can be savored neat to appreciate its layered complexity fully. A Glencairn glass is ideal for nosing, allowing you to explore its aromatic bouquet of honeyed cereals and delicate floral notes. When served on the rocks or with a splash of water, the whiskey's flavors open up, enhancing its nuanced spice and vanilla tones. This makes it a versatile choice for both purists and those who enjoy a slightly mellower edge. If you prefer your whiskey in a cocktail, DRUMSHANBO Single Pot Still shines in a classic Old Fashioned, where its creamy texture and spice complement the bitters and sugar, or in a sophisticated Manhattan, where its subtly sweet profile harmonizes with vermouth and bitters. Whether you're exploring the world of Irish whiskey or are an aficionado of single pot still varieties, DRUMSHANBO offers a genuine taste of Ireland's rich whiskey-making tradition. Enjoy it as a distinguished addition to your collection, or share its unique character with friends in a refined setting.
