Description
Ruffino Prosecco is an 11% ABV non-vintage sparkling wine from Italy, made from the Glera grape. It is dry, with a refreshing acidity and subtle fruit notes, and a lively fizz. Serve it chilled at 45 to 50°F in a tulip-shaped glass to bring out the aroma and hold the bubbles. It pairs well with salty cured meats, and its crisp acidity also stands up to rich foods. You can buy Ruffino Prosecco from CBC Liquors in Westford in store, for pickup or by delivery.
Customer reviews
Lighter than I expected, but went down easy with pizza night. Was hoping for a bit more fizz but honestly it worked fine for mimosas too.
