A splash of water may also be added to enhance its aromatic depth without overshadowing its inherent smoothness. This versatile whiskey is a fitting base for classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned or the Whiskey Sour, where its balanced profile complements the bitters and citrus, creating a delightful mix of flavors. For the ideal tasting experience, use a Glencairn glass to fully appreciate its aroma, capturing the essence of its grain and oak notes with each nosing. Alternatively, a rocks glass offers a more casual yet equally enjoyable way to sip and savor, particularly with ice or water.
