Lawleys Dark Rum

LAWLEYS Dark Rum from Barbados is a testament to the art of rum-making, offering a rich tapestry of flavors that can elevate any drinking occasion. Crafted with an ABV of 40.0%, this dark rum is characterized by its deep molasses undertones, achieved through a meticulous aging process in oak barrels. The result is a smooth, full-bodied spirit with a complexity that invites both contemplation and celebration. The velvety texture of LAWLEYS Dark Rum makes it an excellent choice for sipping neat, allowing you to fully appreciate its layered flavors of caramel, vanilla, and subtle oak. However, its robust character also shines in classic cocktails. This rum serves as a remarkable base for a Dark 'n' Stormy, where its richness pairs harmoniously with spicy ginger beer and a splash of lime. It's equally adept in a Rum Old Fashioned, where its depth complements the bitters and sugar, offering a modern twist on a revered classic. To enjoy LAWLEYS Dark Rum at its best, serve it in a rocks glass with a single large ice cube, which will gently mellow its intensity without diluting its exquisite flavors. For cocktail enthusiasts, a highball or old-fashioned glass is ideal to showcase its versatility in mixed drinks. Whether you choose to savor it on its own or as the star ingredient in a cocktail, this dark rum promises a satisfying experience that reflects the heritage and craftsmanship of its Barbadian roots.
