Description
Cupido Sangiovese by Sensi Collezione is a 13.5% ABV Italian red wine from Tuscany, Italy. Made from the Sangiovese grape, it is medium bodied, with red cherry and plum flavors, earthy undertones and a touch of spice. Bright acidity and firm tannins make it a good match for tomato-based pasta, pizza and grilled meats. Serve it slightly below room temperature, around 60 to 65°F. CBC Liquors in Westford carries Cupido Sensi wine, available in store, by pickup, by delivery or by shipping.
Customer reviews
Sipped this Sangiovese with pizza night, straight from the bottle. Fruit forward, little on the tart side but worked well enough with the pepperoni. Would get again for casual dinners.
Response from CBC Liquors, Westford
Pizza and Sangiovese is always a solid pairing. Next time try it slightly chilled on a hot day.
