Bertrand Cotes Des Roses Chardonnay

Cotes Des Roses Chardonnay by BERTRAND presents a vibrant expression of the Languedoc region’s winemaking prowess. This Chardonnay is distinguished by its fresh, fruit-forward profile, where notes of ripe peach and crisp pear harmonize beautifully with an underlying citrus zest. The wine's aromatic bouquet is enhanced by delicate floral hints, creating a refreshing and inviting experience for the senses. With a modest ABV of 13.0%, this Chardonnay offers a medium body that strikes a balance between its fruit characteristics and a subtly integrated minerality. The wine's acidity is bright yet gentle, supporting the fruit flavors without overwhelming them. Its finish is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that calls for another sip. When it comes to serving, this Chardonnay shines at a temperature of around 50-54°F (10-12°C), which allows its vibrant aromas and flavors to unfold fully. While decanting is not necessary, pouring it into a wide-bowled glass will enhance its aromatic profile and provide the best tasting experience. Perfect for immediate enjoyment, Cotes Des Roses Chardonnay pairs exquisitely with light dishes such as grilled seafood, roasted chicken, or a fresh garden salad with a citrus vinaigrette. It also complements soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert, making it a versatile choice for a variety of culinary occasions. Whether paired with a meal or savored on its own, this Chardonnay embodies the refreshing spirit of its coastal origins.
