Willett Cask Strength Bourbon

Willett Cask Strength Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon bottled straight from the barrel, with no water added to bring it down. Cask strength means the whiskey keeps the full proof it had after aging, so the flavor is concentrated: bold caramel, toasted oak and vanilla from charred American oak barrels. Drink it neat, add a splash of water to open up dried fruit and spicy rye notes, or pour it over ice. It also makes a strong base for an Old Fashioned. You can buy Willett Cask Strength Bourbon from CBC Liquors in Westford in store, for pickup or by delivery.
