E.H. Taylor Small Batch

E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon captures the essence of Kentucky's rich distilling heritage with every pour. Named in honor of Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., a key figure in the art of bourbon making, this exceptional whiskey embodies his commitment to quality. Handcrafted with precision, this bourbon reveals a harmonious blend of flavors that reflect its meticulous production process. At 50.0% ABV, it strikes a balance between robustness and smoothness, making it a favored choice among bourbon enthusiasts. Upon nosing, you'll be greeted with a bouquet of sweet vanilla intertwined with the warm, inviting aroma of spicy oak. As you take a sip, the initial sweetness of vanilla gracefully gives way to a complex interplay of charred oak and subtle spice, creating a layered tasting experience that lingers on the palate. The finish is smooth, carrying forward a whisper of sweetness underlined by the oak's persistent warmth, inviting you to savor every moment. For those who prefer to enjoy bourbon neat, E.H. Taylor Small Batch offers a full-bodied experience that reveals its nuanced flavors without distraction. However, if you wish to explore its profile further, serving it on the rocks or with a splash of water can open up new dimensions, softening the spice and allowing the vanilla notes to flourish. This bourbon also shines in classic cocktails; its bold character complements the bitters and sugar in an Old Fashioned, while its spicy undertones enhance the complexity of a Manhattan. To fully appreciate its aromatic qualities, consider using a Glencairn glass, which allows the scents to concentrate and be fully appreciated. Alternatively, a rocks glass provides a comfortable fit for those who enjoy their bourbon with a bit of ice or water. Whether you're savoring it solo or as part of a crafted cocktail, E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon is a testament to the enduring legacy of one of bourbon's great pioneers.
