Description
Post Beam Cabernet Sauvignon is a 14.5% ABV red wine from Napa Valley, made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. It has blackcurrant and blackberry with subtle oak, a medium to full body and smooth, well-integrated tannins. Serve it around 60 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit in a Bordeaux glass, with a short time in a decanter. It goes with grilled ribeye, lamb chops and mushroom risotto. Recommended by my sister in law and not disappointed. Opened it at Sunday lunch, crowd was happy.
Steak tips, roasted potatoes, and a bottle of Post Beam cab. Super easy with red meat, maybe just a hair sweeter than I look for but still really good with dinner.
