Description
Alien Observer is a sour beer from Foam. It has a vibrant, tart profile with hints of citrus and a touch of wild fermentation, and the sourness is kept balanced so it stays refreshing. Serve it slightly chilled, between 45 and 50°F, in a tulip glass to bring out the aroma. CBC Liquors in Westford carries Foam beers, available in store, by pickup, delivery or shipping.
Customer reviews
Had Alien Observer on draft at a bar in Burlington and went hunting for cans the next weekend. Still wild every time. Never had anything quite like it, keeps me coming back.
