Method
1Measure 2 shots of gin and pour it into a cocktail shaker.
2Add 1/2 shot of grenadine to the shaker.
3Pour in 1/2 shot of heavy cream.
4Add 1/2 shot of milk.
5Crack an egg and separate the white, adding 1/2 of the egg white to the shaker.
6Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
7Strain the mixture into a cold glass and serve.
