Method
1Stir powdered sugar and 2 oz of carbonated water in a collins glass.
2Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3Add gin and dry vermouth to the glass and stir.
4Fill the glass with more carbonated water and stir again.
5Add a twist of lemon peel and an orange spiral for garnish.
