Probitas White Blended Rum

Discover the distinctive character of Probitas White Blended Rum, a collaborative masterpiece crafted by the renowned Foursquare Distillery in Barbados and the iconic Hampden Estate in Jamaica. This unaged rum brings together the best of both worlds with a seamless blend of traditional pot still and column still rums. With an ABV of 47%, it offers a robust yet refined profile that sets it apart in the world of white rums. Expect a vibrant and dynamic taste experience, with notes that dance between the fresh and the complex. While typical white rums may lean toward simplicity, Probitas breaks the mold with an intricate palate. Its aroma hints at tropical fruits and subtle vanilla, leading to a taste that is both crisp and layered with nuances of sugarcane and spice. This makes it a versatile choice for both sipping and mixing. In the realm of cocktails, Probitas White Blended Rum shines brilliantly. Its complexity elevates the classic Daiquiri, adding depth without overpowering the delicate balance of lime and sugar. For those who appreciate a refreshing Mojito, this rum introduces an extra dimension of flavor that complements the mint and lime perfectly. Even in a Piña Colada, the rum holds its own, enhancing the creamy coconut and pineapple notes with its rich undertones. Serve Probitas chilled in a highball glass for mixed drinks or a simple rocks glass if you're savoring it neat. Its spirited profile also pairs well with tropical dishes or spicy Caribbean cuisine, making it a delightful addition to any culinary adventure. Whether you're exploring new cocktail creations or enjoying a refined sip, Probitas White Blended Rum offers a truly unique and memorable rum experience.
