Ingredients
1¾ ozLight rum
1 ozCream of coconut
1¾ ozPineapple juice
1 cupCrushed iceFrom your kitchen
1 wedgePineapple wedge(optional)From your kitchen
Method
1Add rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and crushed ice to a blender.
2Blend until smooth.
3Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
4Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
5Serve with a straw.
