Drekker What So Proudly We Prrrt

WHAT SO PROUDLY WE PRRRT from Drekker is a captivating exploration of sour beer, crafted with a playful spirit in Fargo, North Dakota. With a robust ABV of 7.0%, this sour is designed for those who relish the bold and unexpected. As typical of sour styles, anticipate a tart and invigorating profile that tantalizes the palate with a lively effervescence. While the precise mix of hops and malts remains the brewery's secret, the focus here is on creating a beer that's both approachable and intriguing, capturing the essence of Drekker's fun-loving ethos. To enjoy WHAT SO PROUDLY WE PRRRT at its best, consider serving it slightly chilled, around 45-50°F, which preserves the beer's nuanced flavors while enhancing its refreshing qualities. A tulip glass, with its bulbous body and flared lip, is ideal for this sour beer, as it concentrates the aromas and allows for a full appreciation of its effervescent nature. Pairing this sour beer with food is a delightful endeavor. Its tartness makes it an excellent companion to rich, creamy cheeses such as Brie or Camembert, as it cuts through the fat and cleanses the palate. For a heartier meal, consider enjoying it alongside a charcuterie board featuring cured meats that complement its acidity. Whether shared with friends or savored solo, WHAT SO PROUDLY WE PRRRT promises an experience as dynamic as the brand's vibrant community in North Dakota.
