Shacksbury Vermonter

SHACKSBURY's Vermonter cider is a celebration of Vermont's distinctive terroir, capturing the essence of the region's apple orchards in every sip. This cider features a harmonious balance between tart and sweet notes, characteristic of the ripe apples sourced from Vermont. With an ABV of 6.0%, Vermonter offers a crisp, refreshing profile that is both approachable and invigorating, making it an enticing choice for cider enthusiasts looking to experience the true taste of local craftsmanship. Ideal for pairing with a variety of dishes, Vermonter complements the flavors of aged cheddar, charcuterie, and roasted poultry beautifully. Its balanced acidity and subtle sweetness also make it an excellent companion for a dessert course, particularly alongside apple pie or a creamy cheesecake. The cider's versatility ensures it enhances the dining experience, whether paired with savory or sweet. To fully appreciate Vermonter's crisp character, serve it chilled at around 45°F. This temperature brings out its nuanced flavors without muting its refreshing qualities. For optimal enjoyment, pour this cider into a tulip glass, which helps concentrate the aromatic bouquet and allows for a fuller appreciation of its flavor profile. With its roots deeply embedded in Vermont's rich cider-making tradition, Vermonter by SHACKSBURY offers a genuine taste of New England's orchard bounty.
