Hobbs Toucan

Toucan by HOBBS is a California-crafted wheat beer that offers a delightful balance of tropical fruit aromas and subtle bitterness. Clocking in at 5.5% ABV with an IBU of 40, this brew captures the essence of a refreshing coastal day, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a vibrant, easy-drinking beer. The wheat base provides a smooth texture, while the tropical notes give it an inviting complexity that is both satisfying and thirst-quenching. This beer’s tropical profile suggests hints of juicy pineapple and ripe mango, providing a pleasant contrast to the gentle hop bitterness. Such flavors naturally lend themselves to pairing with light, summery dishes. Think grilled fish tacos with a squeeze of lime, or a fresh, citrusy salad with a hint of spice. The beer's refreshing nature also complements a casual charcuterie board, providing a nice counterpoint to creamy cheeses and salty cured meats. To fully appreciate Toucan’s flavors, serve it chilled between 45-50°F in a tulip glass, which will accentuate its aromatic qualities while allowing room for the head to develop. This glass choice helps to concentrate the beer's bouquet, enhancing your overall tasting experience. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or enjoying a weekend barbecue, Toucan by HOBBS offers a versatile option that fits seamlessly into any relaxed gathering.
