Would probably buy again if I can find it. Pours beautiful, nice on its own or with food. Goes quick though, would love this in a bigger format.

New Years with the family, one big bottle of Biere Blanche after dinner. Got people talking who dont usually touch beer. Will look for more Side Project stuff for sure.

super easy to drink, lighter than most Belgians but still has plenty going on. Kicked back with some sharp cheddar and this just disappeared. Just a little bit thin for the price but no regrets.
