Side Project Biere Blanche

Biere Blanche by SIDE PROJECT is a charming interpretation of the classic wheat beer, hailing from the innovative brewing region of Missouri. At a sessionable 5% ABV, this beer is designed for easy drinking while offering a refreshingly crisp profile. In line with traditional wheat beers, expect a gentle malt backbone, complemented by subtle citrus notes and a hint of spice. The absence of hop bitterness, as indicated by its 0 IBU, allows the soft, almost velvety mouthfeel to take center stage, making it an inviting choice for a wide range of palates. This wheat beer's delicate balance of flavors makes it an excellent companion to a variety of dishes. Pair it with light salads featuring citrus vinaigrette to enhance its natural fruity undertones, or serve it alongside grilled seafood where its mild spice can complement the natural sweetness of the fish. It also works beautifully with soft, creamy cheeses, where its refreshing quality can cut through the richness. For the optimal experience, serve Biere Blanche chilled to around 45°F. This temperature allows its subtle flavors to shine without muting their complexity. A traditional Weizen glass is the perfect vessel, designed to showcase the beer's naturally hazy appearance while funneling its gentle aromas straight to your senses. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or enjoying a casual meal with friends, this wheat beer offers a soothing, approachable taste that encourages sharing and savoring.
