Description
AWAYUKI Strawberry Gin offers a distinctive taste experience by marrying the classic elements of gin with the fresh, natural sweetness of strawberries. Hailing from Kagoshima, Japan, this gin reflects a contemporary twist on the traditional juniper-forward profile, favouring a brighter, fruitier essence that makes it an intriguing choice for adventurous gin enthusiasts. At 40% ABV, it delivers a balanced intensity where the lush strawberry notes take center stage, enhanced by a subtle blend of botanicals that add depth without overshadowing the fruit's vibrant character. This gin shines in a variety of cocktails, bringing a distinct fruity flair that sets it apart. It works beautifully in a Gin & Tonic, where its strawberry essence pairs harmoniously with tonic's crisp bitterness, particularly when served in a balloon glass with plenty of ice. A garnish of fresh strawberries or a twist of lemon zest emphasizes the fruity notes, while adding a touch of visual appeal. If you fancy a Negroni, AWAYUKI Strawberry Gin introduces an unexpected sweetness that complements the cocktail's bitter-sweet profile, creating a refreshing twist on the classic recipe. For those who appreciate the simplicity of a well-crafted Martini, this gin offers a unique flavor dimension without compromising the dry character that gin aficionados cherish. Serve it chilled, with a sprig of mint or a cucumber slice to accentuate its fresh undertones. Alternatively, in a Tom Collins, the gin's natural sweetness melds seamlessly with the tartness of fresh lemon juice and the effervescence of soda, creating a cocktail that feels like a taste of summer in every sip. AWAYUKI Strawberry Gin is not just a drink, but an exploration of flavors that offers versatility from a fruity summer gathering staple to an inventive twist on your cocktail repertoire. Its innovative blend of botanicals and strawberries captures the essence of Japan’s spirit of creativity and craftsmanship, inviting you to discover a new world of gin.

Didnt think strawberry gin would actually be good but this one seriously worked. Mixed it with tonic and some frozen berries for a bbq, way better than plain gin. Way smoother too.

Glad you tried the AWAYUKI for your bbq. If you like berry gins, the Malfy Rosa is another fun switchup next time. - Dan
