The craftsmanship behind Southern Bourbon reveals itself in its velvety texture, which unfolds layers of toasted caramel and a light hint of spice, leaving a lingering, satisfying finish that echoes the charm of its origin. Whether you prefer to enjoy your bourbon neat or with a splash of water, Southern Bourbon's smooth character shines through, allowing its nuanced flavors to fully develop on the palate. For those who appreciate the gentle dilution of ice, serving it on the rocks offers a different experience, as the cooling effect gradually unveils the bourbon's deeper complexities. Thirteenth Colony Southern Bourbon also lends itself beautifully to classic cocktails. Its rich profile enhances the timeless elegance of an Old Fashioned, while its balanced spice complements the sweet vermouth in a Manhattan. For a refreshing option, try it in a Whiskey Sour, where its natural sweetness and subtle spice create a harmonious blend with citrus notes. For serving, a Glencairn glass is ideal for nosing, allowing the bourbon's aromatic bouquet to be fully appreciated. A rocks glass offers a more casual experience, perfect for sipping and savoring the unfolding layers. Whether you're exploring its depths alone or sharing with friends, Southern Bourbon invites you to experience the spirit of Southern craftsmanship in each sip.
