Mermaid Small Batch Zest Gin

Mermaid Small Batch Zest Gin enchants with its vibrant citrus-forward profile, skillfully crafted on the picturesque Isle of Wight. This distinctive gin shines with a blend of grapefruit and island bergamot, which imparts a sunlit zest, while lemon zest adds layers of bright, uplifting citrus notes. Balancing this lively medley, Cascade hops lend a gentle bitterness and depth, creating a harmonious foundation. The gin's character is further enhanced by the herbal freshness of rosemary, and a whisper of maritime flair from locally foraged rock samphire, which offers a subtle hint of the Isle's coastal charm. With an alcohol by volume of 40%, this gin is an ideal companion for a well-crafted Gin & Tonic. Serve it in a balloon glass brimming with ice to best showcase its aromatic bouquet. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or a sprig of rosemary to amplify its botanical vibrancy. For those who appreciate a classic cocktail, the Mermaid Small Batch Zest Gin provides an invigorating twist to a Negroni, where its citrus notes seamlessly complement the bittersweet harmony of vermouth and Campari. Alternatively, let it shine in a Martini, where its nuanced complexity stands out, or a refreshing Tom Collins, where its zestful essence can truly sparkle. Expect this gin to be an engaging partner to a variety of culinary delights. Pair it with seafood dishes to echo its coastal influences, or enjoy with a citrus-infused dessert to further accentuate its lively zest. Whether you're crafting cocktails or simply savoring it neat, Mermaid Small Batch Zest Gin promises a distinct island spirit, capturing the essence of its unique ingredients with every pour.
