Boulevard Sixth Glass

The Sixth Glass by Boulevard is a Belgian-style quadrupel ale that stands as a testament to the rich brewing traditions of Missouri, USA. With an assertive ABV of 10.5%, this beer unfolds layers of complexity that are characteristic of the style. Expect a malt-forward profile, where deep, caramelized sugars intertwine with subtle notes of dark fruit such as figs or raisins. Consider matching it with hearty stews, roasted meats, or strong cheeses, where its sweetness can balance out savory and umami flavors. For dessert, a rich chocolate cake or a fig tart would harmonize beautifully with the beer’s dark fruit notes. Whether you're savoring it alongside a meal or enjoying it on its own, this quadrupel invites a moment of indulgence and reflection.
