Rare Character Single Barrel

Unveiling RARE CHARACTER's Single Barrel Bourbon, a distinctive Kentucky gem that embodies the essence of its individual barrel. Crafted with an eye for detail, this bourbon carries an ABV of 50.0%, delivering a robust yet smooth profile that is characteristic of its Bluegrass State origins. With each sip, expect to encounter layers of rich grain and the quintessential warmth of charred oak, underscored by delicate notes of vanilla and a hint of spice that lingers on the palate. When it comes to savoring the Single Barrel Bourbon, serving it neat in a Glencairn glass is recommended to fully appreciate its nuanced aroma and flavor profile. However, those who prefer a slightly mellowed experience might opt for a splash of water or a few ice cubes in a rocks glass, which can subtly soften the bourbon's intensity without compromising its core character. This bourbon is a versatile player in the cocktail world, excelling in classic concoctions like the Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. Its depth of flavor pairs beautifully with the bitters and sugar of an Old Fashioned, while its spice and vanilla notes harmonize with the sweet vermouth in a Manhattan. RARE CHARACTER's Single Barrel Bourbon stands as a testament to the art of American whiskey-making, inviting enthusiasts to explore the interplay of its unique flavors in a variety of settings. Whether savored solo or as the heart of a cocktail, this bourbon promises a genuine taste of Kentucky craftsmanship.
