Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon

Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon offers a distinguished glimpse into the craft of Texan whiskey-making. Distilled in the heart of the Lone Star State, this bourbon is a testament to the rich flavors that emerge when tradition meets the unique climate of Texas. Bottled at 47% ABV, each release from its individual barrel presents a one-of-a-kind profile that captivates with its complexity and depth. Expect to encounter the quintessential notes that define a well-crafted bourbon: a robust grain backbone, nuanced oak, and subtle whispers of char. What sets this particular bourbon apart is its interplay of vanilla sweetness and hints of spice, providing a textured and layered tasting experience. The full-bodied character is best appreciated when served neat in a Glencairn glass, which allows the aromas to concentrate and offers a more immersive sensory exploration. For those who prefer a chilled affair, a rocks glass with a single ice cube tempers the warmth, drawing out softer undertones without diluting the bourbon's integrity. While Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon is a delight on its own, its versatility shines in classic cocktails. It lends itself beautifully to an Old Fashioned, where its inherent sweetness and spice complement the bitters and sugar, crafting a balanced and indulgent drink. Alternatively, a Manhattan made with this bourbon highlights its complexity, harmonizing with vermouth and a dash of bitters for a refined sip. This bourbon is a celebration of small-batch craftsmanship, making it a compelling choice for both seasoned enthusiasts and those new to the world of whiskey. Each pour offers a story, waiting to be unraveled by anyone with a curious palate.
