Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc

UNSHACKLED Sauvignon Blanc is a bright and lively expression of California's wine-making prowess, showcasing the grape's hallmark characteristics in a refreshing and engaging manner. This wine is notable for its crisp acidity, which brings to life the vibrant fruit flavors typical of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal. Expect notes of zesty citrus, ripe green apple, and perhaps a hint of tropical fruit, depending on your palate. The body is light, ensuring it remains an invigorating choice for a variety of occasions. When it comes to pairing, this Sauvignon Blanc is a versatile companion. Its bright acidity makes it an excellent match for seafood dishes, like seared scallops or a fresh ceviche, while also complementing lighter fare such as grilled chicken or a tangy goat cheese salad. For those who enjoy experimenting, try pairing it with Asian-inspired dishes that feature lime, lemongrass, or ginger, where the wine's crispness can cut through and balance the richness of the flavors. UNSHACKLED Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed at a chilled serving temperature of around 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. While decanting is not necessary, giving it a few minutes to open up in the glass can allow its aromas to fully develop. Choose a classic white wine glass with a slightly tapered rim to concentrate the aromatic bouquet and enhance your tasting experience. While this bottle is crafted to be enjoyed in its youth, its balanced profile will allow it to maintain its appeal for a few years if stored properly. This wine is not aimed at long-term aging but rather crafted for immediate enjoyment, allowing you to savor the lively character of this celebrated varietal. Whether you're exploring new pairings or simply relaxing with a glass, this Sauvignon Blanc delivers a quintessentially Californian taste that reflects its origins with clarity and finesse.
