Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc

Expect a lively burst of citrus and tropical fruit flavors with each sip of NOBILO Sauvignon Blanc from the renowned Marlborough region of New Zealand. This wine exemplifies the classic style for which Marlborough wines are celebrated, featuring an invigorating blend of zesty citrus notes, such as lime and grapefruit, alongside hints of passionfruit and pineapple. Its 12.5% ABV provides a bright and crisp structure, perfectly complemented by a refreshing finish that makes this Sauvignon Blanc an inviting selection. The brisk acidity of this wine pairs exceptionally well with a range of dishes, enhancing its versatility at the table. Consider serving it alongside fresh seafood, like grilled prawns or seared scallops, where the wine’s fruit-forward profile balances the oceanic flavors beautifully. It also shines with light summer salads, particularly those with goat cheese or citrus dressings, where its vibrant character can truly complement the tangy elements. For a delightful contrast, try it with spicy Asian cuisine, where the Sauvignon Blanc can tame the heat while accentuating the flavors. To fully appreciate the lively aromas and flavors, serve NOBILO Sauvignon Blanc chilled, ideally between 45-50°F. This temperature highlights its refreshing qualities without muting its complex fruit notes. While decanting isn't necessary, allowing the wine a brief moment in the glass after pouring can let the bouquet open up, enhancing your tasting experience. Opt for a stemmed white wine glass with a narrow rim to concentrate the vibrant aromas and permit the best expression of its crisp character. Though this wine is crafted to be enjoyed young, its crisp finish and balanced acidity make it a delightful choice for immediate enjoyment. Whether you're sharing a meal with friends or simply unwinding at the end of the day, this Sauvignon Blanc promises to deliver a vibrant and satisfying experience.
