Description
Tucher Rotbier is a 5.1% ABV copper-colored beer from Franconia, Germany, in the traditional red beer style of the Nuremberg region. It balances malt sweetness with a gentle bitterness at 21 IBU, and it is easy to drink. Serve it slightly chilled, around 45 to 50°F. It pairs with grilled sausages, roasted pork, mild cheeses or lighter fare such as salad and seafood. You can get Tucher Rotbier from CBC Liquors in Westford, in store or by pickup or delivery.
Customer reviews
Buddy from work brought this back from Germany for me. Pretty cool to try a real Franconian red like this. Little sweet at the start, but went down nice with roast chicken. I dont see myself buying it often, but glad I got the chance.
