A To Z Rose

A TO Z Rosé is a wine that captures the spirit of a sun-drenched Oregon summer. This Rosé, with its inviting 13.0% ABV, is a lively expression of the region's commitment to balance and vitality in winemaking. Expect a scintillating blend of bright berry notes, reminiscent of fresh strawberries and raspberries, intertwined with subtle floral hints that add an extra layer of complexity to its aromatic profile. The vibrant acidity characteristic of this style keeps the palate refreshed and eager for the next sip. This Rosé is best appreciated slightly chilled, ideally served at around 50°F (10°C), which accentuates its crispness and elevates the wine's aromatic bouquet. While decanting is not necessary, allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can enhance its fragrant nuances. The perfect vessel for this Rosé is a standard white wine glass, which will concentrate its aromas and allow for proper aeration. Pairing possibilities for A TO Z Rosé are as versatile as the wine itself. Its bright profile complements a wide range of dishes, from a fresh caprese salad to grilled prawns. It also pairs gracefully with light pasta dishes adorned with seasonal vegetables or even a simple charcuterie board featuring cured meats and creamy cheeses. Though delightful when consumed young to enjoy its fresh and lively character, this Rosé can also be kept for a couple of years to explore how its flavors subtly evolve over time.
